Honey Ahluwalia

“Stillness is not absence of movement,” she says, “it’s the awareness of it.”

Honey Ahluwalia, a yoga therapist based in Chandigarh, doesn’t just practice yoga — she lives it. Every breath, every gesture, every pause in her presence is intentional.

With over 500 hours of training with Yoga Alliance International, and deep roots in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Nada Yoga, and Pre & Post Natal practices, Honey brings more than technique to her students — she brings intuition.

Her practice isn’t about performance.
It’s about returning to the self.

Honey lives what she teaches — with calm, clarity, and care. In her world, growth doesn’t look like striving. It looks like surrender.
